SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will members’ night and the ROTM be announced?
We announce members’ nights and our record of the month around the 7th of every month.
What if I already have/realllly don’t like the record of the month?
We’re not gonna be babies about it! If you need to for any reason, you can trade in your record for another title from our regular retail stock — if your trade is of higher or lesser value, either we’ll refund you or you can make up the difference, whichever applies.
I’m a member. Can I bring someone to a members-only event with me?
Yes. All members are granted a plus one for member nights.
How will I get early notification about events, as noted in membership?
We’ll send out a member-only email in advance of public onsales, and you’ll be given a special code for early access.
